DELIVERY

Delivery is within 14 days after which you have placed your orders.

Back Orders

When orders are placed and items are out of stock, if there is a few items missing we will send the order out with the a list of the out of stock items, we will make a note of the items missing on the ordering system, when you place your next order, you are required to order the items again. We restock two to three time a week, so often items are in within 3/5 working days. If you have any queries with regards to back orders or items out of stock please contact us via email. If you would like any back orders to be held and supplied when available we will arrange this for you.

All delivery cost are included in all prices shown here on Scream and Cream's website, so the prices you see is all you pay!

MINIMUM ORDER VALUE

Here at Scream and Cream there is no minuim order what so ever..

RETURNS POLICY

Returns are accepted on faulty items only within 14 days of receipt, and we will only exchange faulty items for a like item, and not for alternatives. All returns must be agreed to in advance.

Please note: When returning item(s), any postage costs incurred by the sender will not be refunded.

No refunds will be given unless the goods do not comply with the Sale of Goods Act.

PLEASE NOTE: For Health and Safety reasons we do not accept any Open Adult Toys, This does not affect your Statuary rights. Email for details.
